The Peggy Guggenheim Collection
The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is among the most important museums in Italy for European and American art from the first half of the 20th century. Located in Peggy Guggenheim's former home, the Palazzo Venier dei Leoni on the Grand Canal in Venice, the museum presents Guggenheim's personal collection, masterpieces from the Gianni Mattioli Collection, the Nasher Sculpture Garden, as well as a rotating series of temporary exhibitions.
