Artadia and Kickstarter: A Discussion on Art and Politics
Artadia and Kickstarter collaborated to sponsor a discussion on art and politics for artists on 13 March 2017 at the Kickstarter offices in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The panel featured Christa Blatchford from theJoan Mitchell Foundation, Matthew Higgs fromWhite Columns, Katie Hollander from Creative Time and Rachel Uffner from Rachel Uffner Gallery. Participants shared how their organisations can respond to the current civic landscape and discussed how they can be more responsive to artists’ needs – collectively and individually.
